An easy to make recipe. A wonderful meal for all the family. Served with cut vegetables and fresh bread.

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • A bundle of green onion rinsed
  • ½ a bundle of parsley rinsed and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chicken broth powder
  • Margarine
 Vegetable omelet

Preparation:

  1. Chop the green onion and put in a bowl. Add the parsley, sweet paprika, chicken broth powder, flour, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients and add the eggs, mix well.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan, pour the mixture in and fry lightly until golden, turn over and fry the other side in the same manner.
