A winner recipe of home cooked ful together with hummous – a great meal!

Ingredients:

  • 300 Gr. ful beans
  • A handful of chopped parsley
  • 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 crushed cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • ½ a teaspoon cumin
  • A dash of sweet paprika
  • 200 Gr. Hummous
  • 1 hard boiled egg
Home cooked Ful (broad beans)

Preparation:

  1. Soak the ful beans in cold water over night.
  2. After night soaking, put the ful beans in a cooking pot filled up to its half with lukewarm water. Put the cooking pot into the oven at 120 degrees Celsius over night.
  3. After night in the oven take the pot out and with a food processor/ blender/fork mash the ful beans until you get an even consistency .
  4. Add the garlic, lemon juice, season with salt, pepper, half a teaspoon cumin, a dash of paprika
