Pesto spread is wonderful, it upgrades every meal, and it’s a wonderful addition to a sandwich or a toast. This pesto spread is maintained over time in the refrigerator. And it’s very easy to make!

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages of washed fresh basil leaves
  • 6 cloves of peeled garlic
  • ½ a cup of pine nuts
  • 1 cup of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • ½ a cup of olive oil
Homemade pesto

Preparation:

  1. Insert the ingredients: basil, garlic, pine nuts, parsley into a food processor, gradually add the salt, pepper, and olive oil. Now wait until you get mashed uniform texture. Bon Appetite !
