Red cabbage in mayonnaise enjoy
Ingredients:
- Medium red cabbage
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Quarter teaspoon salt
- Teaspoon sugar
Preparation:
- cut the red cabbage into pieces long and thin place into a bowl.
- wash the cabbage and filters to dry.
- add 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a quarter teaspoon of salt and a quarter teaspoon of sugar.
- mix well.
- put in Sealed box and store in the refrigerator for about an hour
- Delicious now and ready to eat cabbage. Good for up to three - four days in the refrigerator.
