Serving a delicious Moroccan style dish will always reap compliments. Moroccan food is food with soul, Full of scents that make you addicted to this dish.....to the taste and not want to stop. Serve the artichokes as a main course With additions - mostly rice, The dish improves even more the next day cooking.
Ingredients:
- 2 chopped onions
- Five stalks of chopped parsley
- 250g ground beef
- 250g minced chicken
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- sliced mushrooms (Tined or fresh)
- Tablespoon saffron
- Tablespoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
- 10-14 Main Artichoke
- Palm oil
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 3 garlic cloves
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl: onions, chopped parsley, ½ teaspoon turmeric, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon sweet paprika, 2 tablespoons flour, beaten egg. making 10-14 balls from the mixture depending on size meatballs artichoke.
- Take artichoke bottoms, spread egg over them, put the ball in flour and dip the meat in it. You can spread egg around the ball of meat and flour ,in order not to fall apart.
- in a Large saucepan with the oil fry the artichokes easy frying until golden patty. Add grated tomato pot, a quarter cup of water, half teaspoon salt half teaspoon of turmeric. Occasionally with a spoon pour some sauce on the patty. When sauce begins to evaporate, reduce the flame and put the mushrooms. Leave about 30 minutes over low heat.
