What has different this recipe from the other same recipes? All recipes we add flour once. This recipe, all kosher! In honor of the upcoming Passover holiday in your honor ... we brought home classic dish a festive recipe, which must make it all the Seder table.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large potatoes
  • A pound of ground beef
  • 6 sprigs parsley
  • 2 onions
  • Teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons flour / Passover matzo meal

Preparation:

  1. Place the whole potatoes into a large pot and boil them for an hour to complete softening. Peel the potatoes, squash them puree, mix with matzoth flour (you can add more than 2 tablespoons - until a soft dough texture and easy to process) and leave to cool.
