fine Danish which can be made in a variety of kidney fillings: dates and nuts, chocolate and nuts and almond nougat spread. Here in picture are three Danish with different fillings . The perfect Add next to the cafe.

Ingredients:

  • Four cups flour
  • Half a bag yeast (preferred dry)
  • Package instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • One-quarter cup lukewarm milk
  • 1 egg
  • 50 gr melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Preparation:

  1. Put the flour in a bowl with a paddle attachment (mixer bowl), Blend well in a mixer and then add the other ingredients in the order: vanilla pudding, sugar, milk, egg, butter, salt and blend until the dough is smooth, shiny and soft.
  2. When dough is ready, brush oil over and cover with plastic wrap, until doubled waiting for it to rise overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Now remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide into 3 equal parts. We'll make a cake from each one Roll out each portion of dough on a floured surface, spread the filling mixture on each dough evenly space (dates, chocolate, nougat paste.) If you add nuts or ground almonds important to apply before the spread and above it scatter the walnuts gently and evenly so the dough will not tear.

  6. Brush the syrup over the cakes and sugar (make sure to leave some syrup in a glass), and place in oven preheated to 190 degrees and bake for about 20-30 minutes. When ready remove cake from oven and brush them sugar syrup over cake while hot.
