when you miss a taste that is a little different and unique, momentarily leaving aside all the bakeries. Go into the kitchen preparing one of the basic and best pleasures in life - fresh bread. Add to it all as you see fit: cheese any other spread or even salads, share and enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • A pound of flour
  • 25 g dry yeast
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • Quarter teaspoon salt
  • Three tablespoons canola oil
  • Egg
  • 20 grams nigella
  • Lukewarm water

Preparation:

  1. place the flour in a bowl mix in the yeast, honey, salt and egg .
  2. add oil and a glass of lukewarm water. Put the mixture in the mixer for 7 minutes and then cover the bowl for 45 minutes.
  3. Now the dough has risen, form it into a ball. Flatten the ball by hand and stretch it to an oval shape - rectangular. Place on a baking pan , with a serrated knife make slits all along the dough, spread and sprinkle nigella protein (each according to personal taste).
  4. When we finished making the dough, put it in the oven pre-heated at 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
