when you miss a taste that is a little different and unique, momentarily leaving aside all the bakeries. Go into the kitchen preparing one of the basic and best pleasures in life - fresh bread. Add to it all as you see fit: cheese any other spread or even salads, share and enjoy.
Ingredients:
- A pound of flour
- 25 g dry yeast
- ½ teaspoon honey
- Quarter teaspoon salt
- Three tablespoons canola oil
- Egg
- 20 grams nigella
- Lukewarm water
Preparation:
- place the flour in a bowl mix in the yeast, honey, salt and egg .
- add oil and a glass of lukewarm water. Put the mixture in the mixer for 7 minutes and then cover the bowl for 45 minutes.
- Now the dough has risen, form it into a ball. Flatten the ball by hand and stretch it to an oval shape - rectangular. Place on a baking pan , with a serrated knife make slits all along the dough, spread and sprinkle nigella protein (each according to personal taste).
- When we finished making the dough, put it in the oven pre-heated at 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
